1.3 Orders placed through this website are considered business-to-business transactions and do not fall under consumer purchase policies.
2.1 Minimum order value (MOV) is ₹10,000 INR per invoice.
2.2 Orders below the minimum value shall not be processed under any circumstances.

4.4 All forwarding and transportation charges are applicable as per distance, parcel volume, and number of parcels.
4.5 Oxiva Cotton is not responsible for transit delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by transporters, couriers, or logistics partners. Claims must be raised directly with the logistics provider.
5.1 Orders are processed only after full advance payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 Accepted payment modes: UPI / Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS.
